Our currants

Various names have become common for these aromatic fruits, which ripe on St. John’s Day (24.06.): “Träuble”, “Kanstraube”, “Meertrübeli” or “Ribiseln” are only some of them. They all share the unmistakable sourishness of the red varieties as well as the cassis-aroma of the black fruits.
