Hanka

'Hanka' blooms and produces fruits on a one-year-old shoot and is perfectly suited for fresh consumption as well as for bakery purposes. 'Hanka' can be easily transported. Due to its long shelf life it is recommended for commercial fruit producers for growing branded plums.

blue, elongated fruit with pruinosity, stone can be removed easily, firm and juicy flesh, mid-size

Taste:

excellent, harmonious sugar/acidity ratio, 70-75 degrees Oechsle

early onsetting, high and regular, first fruits already in the year of planting

sharka tolerant and not very susceptible
