Quality:
stone loosens out very well, fruit pulp firm (to the bite) even when fully ripe; best baking quality
Taste:
light sourness with balanced sugar-sourishness-ratio
Crop yield:
early onsetting, high and regular
Special notes:
Sharka (plum pox virus) tolerant and heat resistant; well-suited for baking an extra suitable for fresh comsumption; thinning is recommended for larger fruits; alternative variety to Herman
