Ladina

The new, fire blight resistant apple variety ,Ladina' originates from Switzerland and is particularly planted by organic fruit growers. The bright red colour of the fruits is striking and from the very first bite you will be impressed by the crispy flesh and the exotic flavour which reminds a little of lychee.

firm flesh with a fine texture, juicy, crispy

well-balanced flavour, sometimes a taste typical of the combination of sweetness and acidity with an exotic touch
