Miroma 

'Miroma' is a large mirabelle with an excellent flavour and a beautiful colour. It is an ideal dessert fruit.

yellow tending to orange with red cheeks, roundovale, firm flesh, separates easily from the stone; average fruit weight 18,5 g

Taste:

very good, sweet and aromatic with a very high sugar content (105 to 140 degrees Oechsle)

Crop yield:

early, high and regular

Special notes:

Due to its high sugar content and its flaovur it is also an ideal fruit for distilling (Brix content 20 to over 30 %). 'Miroma' has a low susceptibility to diseases in general.
