Miroma Nr.8731

'Miroma' is a large mirabelle with an excellent flavour and a beautiful yellow color and orange-red cheek. Because of the very good flavor and high sugar content, the variety is not only consumed fresh a pleasure, but also ideally suited for the distillery.

Special notes:

Due to its high sugar content and its flaovur it is also an ideal fruit for distilling (Brix content 20 to over 30 %). 'Miroma' has a low susceptibility to diseases in general.
