Sirius

The mixture makes the difference: Sirius is a new apple variety, that brings to bear in shape and taste all advantages of the varieties Golden Delicious and Topaz. The crisp firm (to the bite) fruit pulp tastes delightfully aromatic and the balanced sugar-sourishness-ratio finds many admirers.
