Plum juice

that fizzes!

Wash up 1 kg of plums, slice, pit and hash them. Slowly boil up in a pot 375 ml of water, 100 g of sugar, 1 stick of cinnamon and the fruits. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Cover a big sieve with a cheesecloth and put the fruit mash in it. Let it drain for at least one hour. Slightly squeeze the fruit mash using the cheesecloth. Squeeze half a lemon und add the lemon juice to the plum juice. Immediately fill the juice into a bottle rinsed in hot water.

Whether pure or mixed with soda or Prosecco – it is always a pleasure that fizzes!
