A delicious and healthy salad:

Lamb’s lettuce with pear, cheese and nuts

The ingredients: lamb’s lettuce, a pear, 100 g of goat cheese, walnuts and butter. For the dressing, mix four tablespoons of  oil, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, a teaspoon of lemon juice together with salt and pepper. Then fry the walnuts and slices of pear in butter for about five minutes. Mix salad and dressing; slices of pear and nuts above and and finally crumble the goat cheese on top. Delicious.
