1.1 What are Personal Data

Personal data applies to any information that could disclose the customer`s personal identity. We uphold the principle of the data avoidance. Whereby the collection of the personal data is avoided whenever possible.

1.2 Handling of the Personal Data

Personal Data serves exclusively for the purposes of contract fulfillment, drafting content and the processing of the contract (Art. 6 I b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal information will be processed only when your consent is received (Art. 6 I a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No data is shared with the third parties. As soon as you make the order, we will transmit your personal data to the company which delivers the ordered articles in order to execute the contract. In connection with the settlement of payments, the data necessary for the payment transactions shall be forwarded to the credit institution assigned to perform the transaction and, where applicable, to the assigned and selected payment service providers. Your personal data shall be processed exclusively within the EU.

1.3 Usage of the Personal Data

When the website is visited, the general technical information is recorded. These data include the IP address used, the time and duration of the visit, the browser type, and, where applicable, the referring site. For technical reasons, these usage data are registered in a logfile and may be used and saved for the statistical evaluation of this website. These usage data are not linked with your further personal data in any way.

1.4 Duration of the Personal Data storage

After the purpose for which the data are recorded has ended, we save your personal data only as long as the basis of the statutory (in particular tax-legal) provisions.

2.1 Right to access

You have the right to obtain from us the confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed, and, where that is the case, the access to the personal data and also to the further information specified in Art. 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2.2 Right to rectification

You have the right to request the rectification of any inaccurate personal data regarding you or your company and on the basis of Art. 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing the supplementary statement.

2.3 Right to deletion

You have the right to demand the immediate deletion of the personal data concerning you and your company. We pledge to erase such data immediately, especially whenever one of the following reasons applies:

  • Your personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • You withdraw your consent on which the processing of your personal data is based, and thus there is no other legal ground for the data processing;
  • Your personal data have been processed unlawfully.

There is no right to delete in case if your personal data are required for the establishment, exercise or defence of the legal claims.

2.4 Right to restriction of the Personal Data processing

You have the right to obtain from us the restriction of processing of your personal data in case of one of the following applies:

  • You contest the accuracy of the data, enabling us to verify the accuracy of the data;
  • The processing of the data is unlawful and you are against the erasure of your personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
  • We no longer require your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you still require them for establishment, exercise or defence of the legal claims;  
  • You have objected to the processing of your personal data pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override your grounds.

2.5 Right to the Personal Data portability

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you also have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance on our part whenever the processing is based on a consent or a contract and the data are processed by automated means.

2.6  Right to object

Whenever your personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, you always have the right to object to the further processing of these data. You can object at any time.

2.7 General aspects and right to appeal

The exercise of the rights specified above is generally without any cost to you. If you have any objections, you are entitled to appeal directly to the supervisory agency which controls our activity, the State Data Protection Commissioner.
